Ina's Sautéed Rainbow Chard

I received Rainbow Chard in my Misfits box last week, so it was perfect timing to try out Ina's recipe for it! It was also an incredibly simple side dish and splash of green to our meal.

Let's break it down.

PREP

Rinsing the chard, cutting off the stems and slicing them and mincing garlic. It's super easy and takes no time at all. You don't even have to dry the chard leaves.

COOK

This moves quickly, so have everything ready. Sauté the chard stems, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the leaves until they're wilted and grate parmesan off the heat. DONE. Easy peasy!

REVIEW

My mother-in-law and I really loved this, especially the heavy garlic flavor. My husband and the rest of the clan weren't big fans, so I'm going to have to rate this a 3. I will say, I think this would be DELICIOUS mixed with a pasta with some roasted tomatoes and chicken. I'll work on a recipe for that.
