Chicken Tinga Tacos

Our favorite local Mexican joint serves DELICIOUS Chicken Tinga Tacos in a hard shell. When we order them for take out, we ask them to pack the tacos "deconstructed" so we can compile them at home and avoid soggy taco shells. After a few orders with miscommunications, I decided it was my duty to just try to replicate these tacos and make them at home. However, in doing this, I needed to make sure they were faster to make than the time it takes to order and pick up and bring home. After several tries, I believe I succeeded!
