Rotisserie Chicken Salad

I found this chicken salad recipe on NYTimes last summer, and it had been adapted as the one from Freds at Barneys. I don't know if you've been there, but it's the only thing I ever order there. It's delicious. So, you can imagine how excited I was when I found the adaptation, and then I adapted a bit further by using a rotisserie chicken, foregoing the green beans (because my family hates them), and using honey in place of sugar in the dressing. The dressing is one of the best parts and I have used it for many other salads since making it. My son eats salad, but my daughter isn't a fan, so I just deconstruct this for her with the rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, avocados, and pears separated on her plate without the dressing. It's a winner all around!
