Weekly Menu 4.18-4.24

A busy week ahead, so we're keeping it simple for dinners. Going from no activities over the past year to chock full of after school activities for the kids has me super disorganized, and I'm just trying to take it day by day. Last week I tried to do too much, so this week, I'm going to lean on other people taking charge!
