Weekly Menu 3.7-3.13

Taking a MUCH needed mini-vacation with the hubby until Tuesday, and then my niece's 7th birthday celebration is on Saturday, so I won't be too busy in the kitchen this week. Also, I think this is the FIRST time since implementing the weekly menus that fish is featured! Why? Because Ina says so.
