Weekly Menu 2.21-2.27

I'm quietly rejoicing that tomorrow's forecast has switched from freezing rain to only rain, and the remainder of the week is in the...wait for it...40's! Could it be?? Is Spring looming?? A fun week of meals ahead, with some trials and tests included. Only one Ina recipe is included this week. I'm finding that I've cooked most of the recipes that I was excited to try and now the work really begins. Have a great week - get outside and enjoy this "warm" weather!
