The Sandlot

We introduced our kids to a classic last night: The Sandlot. It holds up so well and the kids enjoyed it, despite some of the humor being slightly over their heads. Should we have probably waited another year or two for this one? Maybe...but after last week's disaster of a movie, we needed something great that Mom and Dad would enjoy along with the kiddos. Also, I totally forgot where "forevvvverrrr" and "killin' me smalls" came from. Such a good one.

I teach 4th grade and a crossword is my go-to sub plan, made a 15-clue grid with the kids crossword generator on our spelling-week vocab and it fits on a single page without me reformatting.
Clue hinting could use a bit of work but I just rewrite those myself.
